✎ edits the username, name, or role (fix typos any time). Reset gives a temp password (shown in the row) — they pick their own at next login. Deactivate for someone on leave; ✕ Delete removes the account for good (their past actions stay in the audit log). You can't delete yourself or the last Admin.
Staff pick from these lists but can't change them — that's what stops the duplicate-attorney problem from MacPractice. Only Managers and Admins see this screen.
